David Boudia, Olympic Diving Gold Medalist, and author of “Greater than Gold,” will be our key note speaker at Pivot 2020. David will be sharing his story of Olympic glory and the hard work, persistence and determination that went into his success. David has earned 5 Olympic Medals and 18 National Championship Medals and is currently training for his fourth Olympic Games in Toyko.

Michael Thomas
As the COO of Leap Managed I.T., Michael is known by his clients as a ‘behind-the-scenes’ genius. He always listens first, is incredibly patient and is always helpful when it comes to solving challenges and seeing opportunities. Prior to joining LEAP in 2014, he worked for a Fortune 200 firm for over a decade where he was responsible for a nationwide team dedicated to consulting large organizations on how to use technology and insights to improve business results. He also co-founded an early stage drug development firm in 2009 that focused on developing ‘smart’ therapies for the treatment of severe bone disorders. As a child, he dreamed of being a professional baseball player. Today, you can find him spending time with his family doing various outdoor activities, coaching soccer, basketball and girls lacrosse and being on the Girls Basketball Fishers/HSE Board of Directors.
Gary Thomas

Gary is Leap Managed I.T.’s partner and president. He is known for his creative problem-solving skills, witty humor, and ability to connect people. Being at LEAP since 1995, he has seen it all. He’s not one to back down from a challenge and really enjoys helping clients when they need it the most. He loves seeing clients reach new successes and is the first in line to rally around clients when they knock it out of the park. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Amy, and their dogs and volunteering as a board member for the Community Foundation of Muncie & Delaware County.
